Bought a Gold Paypal from him for $219 and here is my honest review:

Delivery:
Took 6 days to deliver. Seller promised the product to be delivered within 24-48 hours after purchase. After 48 hours, asked him for the product and he said he will deliver "tomorrow". 1 day passed, had to spam him just to get a reply and said "tomorrow", again. Another day passed, had to spam him again and he said "a bit delaying, can't login to server tomorrow will deliver". Another day passed, spammed him and NO RESPONSE. Then on the last day, had to spam him again just get a response. He delivered the account details after 6 days.

Same for me, but the Google voice acc doesn't work and I can't pay 1$ to any shop and can't withdraw to the bank acc.

For long delay - had problems that I needed to solve. For more then year of selling it's first time and now I came back to work like normally and delivered almost all accs. Delivering coinbase accs now and moving forward to new orders. That's not because process is badly organized, usually we deliver within 24 hours

9 days old account (Based from transaction) - date of creation account looked up on email not on first transactions made. Account should be more then 1 month aged as stated

I swear to you that this is what happened with me a year ago I bought an American Paypal account with a Movo Cash bank account .. After that I transferred 60 dollars to the bank account days did not pass until the password was changed and the account did not work for a year and I was suffering from bad customer service and the seller did not respond Today they closed my account and assured me that I made a withdrawal after the deposit process.
