This is NOT a prepaid card, this is a real master credit card issued by Citi Bank.

There is an additional 10% charge for cards with $20-200 balance.

Hi, why does it costs more to load 2$ and it costs 5.5? Also does it the credit card comes with physical card that i can use on ATM and do you have IBAN one?
