So ordered on 17th Oct and the order is still not completed. I kept on asking for an update and he kept on saying if no update then he will call up and then said Fitbit had maintance which was a few days ago and then he said he will check up after his completed his other orders then no reply back at all.

I have Paid Parker12 on the 16th of last month, so far nothing
his communication is horrible doesn't update you,
and when he does reply , he blames FITBIT saying " He doesn't own fibit" & "I dont make the rules FITBIT does"
he is just Stalling all the time , i have asked for a refund but no reply , just keep saying he is at work and will update you when he gets back from work.
Stay clear of this guy if you want a fitbit.
