It doesnt matter if the account is new or not, if its a old account and has hacked legacy, you can just hide game details, if it was created after 2017 and you are using legacy, you will get banned pretty fast, and hiding your game details and using legacy while your account is created like 10 years ago, you can still get banned, doesnt really matter what you do. you will get banned if you get 1 forum report.

yeah, you can(but you have to accept the risks of getting banned within weeks if somebody does a manual report on you).

I think you'll be good if that's the case... with the right dates i don't think you can get banned.
