Get a VPN that has a server in Argentina. Change your system clock and connect to the vpn while steam is closed.Make sure you're not signed in on Mobile as well. After you sign in, just go to your account settings and change your market. You can enter in a fake billing address and then you'll switch. After it changed, you can disconnect from the vpn. You need to add currency to your account through steam cards or have money in the account already before switching though.

Add money to your account, using paysafecards or steam cards. idk if paypal or using card or bank to add money on your account work, its damn buggy for me and it wont let me to change the account country, once you done that. You have to wait about 2 days to change country. Download a free vpn or buy one. i recommend downloding softether vpn client. then login to steam, go to account details and update store country while using vpn, put some random info and its done, open dbd and buy auric cells.

probably your credit card gonna have conflict. you should add money before, wait 2 days and then do the vpn process

Im not sure about that, if you dont have money on your steam wallet and change the country and currency, if you try to add money to your account, it will go back to the og currency and country that, thats what happens to me when i try to add money and then you have to wait 2 weeks to do that again or something so i recommend adding money first and then do the process.
