Been out the loop for a while and looking to get back into developing websites and such again, front-end. I do currently not have a portfolio so that's why I'm offering to create simple one page, STATIC websites.

Pricing:
I'm charging at minimum $75 dollars for a basic static website. You can deliver me a design or examples and I can flip something together for you, as long as it's a basic one-pager (responsive). (Basically slavery, so make use of it. )

Pricing will (obviously) increase as soon as I have created some stuff to (possibly) showcase.

What does the client receive:
A zipped folder with all html, css and (if any) images/psd's. If I'm using anything such as SASS I'll include the raw original SASS files as well.

Huh? Static?
Yes, static. I am not gonna implement the created website into WP, Joomla, Shopify or whatever. I am not gonna make any forms or whatever work, and I'm not gonna write any texts for the website, that's up to you, static not dynamic, keep that in mind.

• Do not contact me if you want a mobile app, video editing or anything along those lines.

I'm just looking to get back at front-ending after a very long break. So I don't really have much up to date stuff. Last work I did for an online client was this website.
