It does work, you just have to press Windows + R then type steam://install/509060 <--- changing ID means changing DLC. You just need to know what kind of DLC you want to install.

You could get the dlc content with hacking iridescent shards

You can't get licensed DLCs with shards, easiest way still buying all possibile with shards change store to argentina, buy some Auric (6k for 10 euros) get all characters you want
