Hi there, I have sent you an IM request in case you want to discuss it.

The way this works is: You can link this VCC to your eBay which will allow you to start selling without needing a card attached to a PayPal. You will still need a PayPal that has to be linked to your eBay - this is where you will receive any money you earn, but, you wont have to attach any cards to your PayPal, meaning that you can essentially undertake different identities to be more anonymous, etc.

The VCC's I provide are not reloadable, they are mainly used to sign up for things that require cards, but in this case, they work great for eBay. You will not be able to pay any fees with them as they do not have any credit. This also means that if you are planning on selling a lot of items which will get you lots of monthly fees, you can attach this VCC and avoid eBay charging your real card/card on your paypal.

oh i see, well that's not too bad either. i am needing of a reloadable VCC. the thing is i have paypal account with lots of money and i have not been able to get that money. the bank account is not being verified. everything i click on 'manually enter the monmey' i get stupid error so i was thinking maybe i can add VCC in paypal and then withdraw money.

Take a look at some online banks, some make opening an account easy. That way maybe you can set up an online bank account and there will be no need for you to purchase any VCC's.
