Has anyone been banned for buying roubles?

Not to my knowledge no BSG has said that its not allowed but they have a lot more issues to persue before they even tried to or tried to make a system to counter this, people have been selling roubles for years no bans Ive seen as of yet if you were to even get banned it wouldnt be perm also.

I'm new to Tarkov so I never bought roubles. I'm wondering how the transfer works, what's the common method? Via trade? Or do people just join a raid together and one puts the money in the secure container?

Well the thing is, I dont have a btc tho. Lol i got like maybe 300k roubles to my name. Im poor af boys. So if lets say I sold a gun for 5mill roubles. That would probs pop up as sus.

Btw usually sellers drop u items like btc in doc case or sicc case or keys (something that you can sell quickly usually with therapist) in raid and then u just quick sell it, I think that if you sell item for a lot of money now fees would be extremely high so it wont even be worth it, if you want I can sell you roubles, my ratio is 0.67$ for 1Mil and I can sell up to 22.5 mil for now (which would be like 15$), I will just buy u bitcoins in sicc case and then you should put it in your container so you wont lose it after game if you die (I can go first because I'm new to this forum)
