Is there a cheat or program to unlock locked content like from Holiday update or Independence Day Special. I remember that when GTA V was released on PC the program like that was, it can turn on snow in GTA Online and turn on The Liberator on store to buy. Anyone knows, is there such cheat now?

If there is no cheat publicly posted on the forum for that presently I doubt you'd find any. Do not accept or download files from random users that haven't been publicly approved in the gta hacking section. @kar1m0v

Most recoveries unlock independence day and other special items I would but I am waiting for my recovery post to be approved.
