Anyone got a trainer similar to the "Nutcase" one in Plexiates videos?

Hey, I was kinda looking everywhere to find the Nutcase menu Plexiate was using in some of his videos to make himself tiny in DarkRP servers but I can't seem to find any hint of it existing anywhere, does anyone know how to do so, where to find something like it etc?

Its a tisker.dll module made by the Illuminati there is no way you can get this cheat...
