I'm working on your sig and it's coming out pretty good It has a space background though so there might not be a blur effect.

That comes in time.
You need to practice.
I got that good after a while.
I wasn't like that when I first started, and it's been a while since i've done it, so, i'm not sure how good I am anymore.

Just practice when you're bored, try out different tools, see what they do, mess with their settings, mess with layer styles, try out different adjusment layers. Just try to learn everything in Photoshop.

If it was any bigger that would be a huge sig(for me anyway). You can use the current URL(I won't delete it) or download it and upload to your own image hosting account(just to be safe in case mine gets too crowded). And avatar size limit increases if you become a staff member I think.
