He is correct. My apologies for the premature approval. While you do have some of the requirements met to start a RotMG account trade, you must add all of the following:
Picture of you stating your MPGH name in your vault; Picture of your pet's stats with at least 1 stat fully uncovered; Picture of the stats of all maxed characters you claim to have; Picture of your muledump/Most valuable items; Picture of the account's email domain.
