Question
There are many 'methods' to being un-banned from a HWID/ Hardware ban but which ones actually work?
My Issue
So I must have left an injector in from GTA, (unless it was 'for no reason' like so many claim), and it must've been detected by Fortnite/ EAC as later that day I was kicked from a match with the 'USE OF CHEAT, VPN OR THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE MESSAGE' and was temporarily restricted for 24hrs.
24hrs later I received a notice that I was permanently banned on that account.
After that I restarted my PC and tried making a new account and after 10mins had the same 'USE OF CHEAT, VPN OR THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE MESSAGE'...
I figured I must've been banned on IP or HWID and not just account but didn't know which it was so i tried playing Fortnite on my old PS4 and it worked fine... so does this mean I'm only HWID banned? I am also not banned on any other EAC game that I have played, just Fortnite.
HWID Ban Bypass/ Evasion?
So In my case how would I get around this? Some say its SSD/HDD, others say its Motherboard, others say you can simply switch RAM, or just delete REG files and MAC address.
It seems tonnes of people say one way works and others don't over the countless forums I've read over...
The only thing I could think of, other than the fact that some methods could simply be fake/ BS, is that everyone has a slightly different ban. This is why I listed my exact issue so that I can get around my problem.
I enjoy the game and do think that cheaters should be banned but since I have not and would not cheat in Fortnite its annoying that I'm banned and their contact support is useless with automated responses.
Thanks
If someone has actually gotten around the same sort of issue/ or actually knows how to get around it... then legit answers would be appreciated.
Set up a new windows version, download steam, add EpicGames launcher to the library and run it through steam that worked for me. If it for some reason does not work for you buy a spoofer would be way cheaper than spending hundreds on PC parts. If you need a legit spoofer contact me on IM or PM me and I will direct you to someone don't wanna break rules by posting a link here and goodluck
What Ash said.
Way less expensive to buy a spoofer
I found the Solution. For the exact Issue I have this is what you need to do... I needed more space anyway so I bought a new SSD:
- New SSD or HDD (Completely remove the old one)
- Swap RAM around (Just switch the slots, you don't need new RAM)
- Boot a fresh Windows from USB or Disc
- When you get online make sure you make a completely new Epic Games account (DO NOT LOG INTO OLD ONE)
- Launch Epic Games through steam (I'm not sure if this matters but I do it in-case)
- You can now play again
Or just use a Spoofer I guess
