Decrypting GTA 5 network requests

Hello,

As the title suggests I'm looking for a way to decrypt the HTTP requests and responses between GTA 5 and the rockstar servers.
I've already looked into this for quite a bit and I already know that they do not use normal HTTPS for their requests, but instead, a custom encryption of some sorts. These requests are also transmitted throught TCP, as they are created within the GTA Online Creator.

I wonder if someone here can help me achieve this, as I want to decrypt a certain request, and modify a small part of the content.

This is something I wish to achieve for personal use, and non-harmful things.
