- If account is blocked/locked/suspended for suspicious activity, we will help in that case & if the problem is fixable, we will charge a additional amount to unlock the account.
- If the verification is required for any account after sale, we will try to help as long as the drop is still valid.
- Should any account issues / suspensions occur after a 12 hour timeframe, we will not take responsibility for the accounts
- Replacements are only provided for certain products, that is, if mentioned in the description
- Warranty is no longer valid if the account is valid & has the status of "Verified"
- Warranty is valid only for 12 hours, store has strict no refund policy.
- Any balance/Funds added to store will not be refunded.
