Bought the services on Jan 15 (bunch of them) as a backup. Very responsive, fast service, account received in 10-15 mins. Was thinking for such price, service is good.
Everything downhill after that.
1. More than half the channels don't work.
2. Very few FHD channels, most are SD quality.
3. Too much buffering
4. Customer service, almost non existent.
When I got the trial, the service was quite good. But when I purchased the service, the host/url was different from the trial. Red flag right there. But since I had paid already, nothing could be done. So I took the username and password. The problem started from day 1, the sports channels and some local US channels and some international channels that I usually watch didn't work. Mentioned it right away. No response for a day or two.
Ok no problem, decided to watch some other sports channels, worked fine for few days. And then started buffering. Notified. No response for a day or two. And when the response came back, I was told fault with my internet and my iptv app. So reset my router and tried another IPTV app. No changes. Asked few friends who I shared the service I purchased to see if they have any issues with the service. Everyone has the same problem. Told everyone is having the same issue. Partner who handles the issue is out and will come back and check the issue. Patiently said ok, no problem.
Been three weeks since the purchase and nothin has been resolved. Now no response to my messages at all. And yesterday, all of a sudden the service stops working. Had enough of this. Need to be called out.
DO NOT BUY. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS CHEAP PRICE. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE ME!!!
If the issue gets resolved, will update ( I don't think Maxine is even going to see this and resolve the issue, looks like offline since the past few days)
