    I bought a netflix shared account from this seller about 2 months ago. I asked him then if it also works in my country. He told me that it works anywhere, on
    any device. The price was $29.99. I asked to pay by paypal and he said it would cost me $35 paypal. I paid, the account worked for 3 weeks after which I received a message Your Tv isnt part of the netflix household for this account… I contacted stuffsneak and he said that it is not his fault that the account is perfectly functional. finally, after 2 days, he agreed to press the "im traveling" button. It worked for another 2 weeks. On Saturday I received the same message from netflix again. I contacted Stuffsneak again and he asked me to upgrade to .neflix premium personal upgrade and it costs me $59.99 or $65 paypal.But I had already paid him $35paypal. He deleted all telegram conversarion and modify his website netflix conditions. Totaly unprofessional. The netflix service is selling is not working, he know that but he keeps selling and this is not ok. He keeps my money hope he is very happy with my money.

    Above user bought a "Shared Profile" on a Netflix account. There are 4 people from different countries using the same account but their own profile under locked PIN.

    Netflix TV app has household restrictions & we do not support it however I still tried my best to provide solution since couple of weeks ago. The account & the profile was still working on phone/pc but due to Netflix Household restrictions, it doesn't work on TV. the "SHARED" profile which is paid for 30$ for 1 year which was/is still working fine. Even after all arguments & their constant refusal to address the root cause and the profile working as intended, user keeps spamming same stuff again & again.

    We also advised user to get the personal upgrade if they wanted to use it on TV but they keep accusing account not working account not working. Where as the profile was working fine as intended for phone/pc.

    Now today I got fed up due to so much of time wasted in countless back & forth & decided to give buyer 20$ credit on any of my products on shop but user still wants more than that by some calculations in his mind that he is entitled to more. (Please note the account is legit paid for for entire year & I am going to still lose money by doing this) User threatened to post negative content 2nd time. & the terms posted were already on the shop & saying we changed info on shop after is just absurd because there is no way "shared profile" is going to work on TV apps because the same account is shared within multiple people from different countries. Its common sense.

    I still insisted to keep the line open in case of any other issues than that but user kept spamming threats to post negative content etc.



    Important: the profile was still working perfectly as intended & as per the terms mentioned in the thread & our shop, we are not obliged to do anything but still we offered to give 20$ credit.

    Did you think that if you delete the conversation on Telegram, I have no logs? Look exactly what you said. Maybe now you remember that you said these words" it will work everywhere", ..."if you use on tv, you can`t use on phone". I used it only on TV. I bought it for TV. So please be fair, and don't try to lie. You didn't want to give me a penny back, but after I showed you the conversation we had, you decided to return $20 in services. I accepted your $20 in the end and said to keep it the rest. But you thought it was an offense and you said that you don't give me anything. Since I paid $30 ($35paypal) for a year and I benefited from arpox 6 weeks of this service, does it seem normal for the difference to be $20? It does not seem like it to me.
    So when are you going to give me this difference which according to your calculations is only $20??

    As stated in the shop link from where you came to me, it is said that we do not "support" the TV apps. It doesn't mean it will never work. I hope you can comprehend what that means.

    Also, I gave you the account/profile BEFORE you paid me anything. Once it worked for you then only I took the payment. If I wanted to run with your money, I wouldn't have offered it to you.

    I had offered 20$ credit to get it over with out of 30$ original payment. You ask why I think that? Because the profile STILL WORKS as intended but just not on your TV. It can still be used on PC/phone. But I guess you don't want to acknowledge anything & want to squeeze everything you can. The 20$ I had offered was still going to be a loss for me.

    & I only revoked support because even after I offered it, you went on without acknowledging any information, rejected the 20$ credit & still went on with the same stuff again & again which is just a waste of time & I have already spent too much time on it.

    You keep on saying it again & again the the service doesn't work which is a lie. The "SHARED" profile works as intended. You have never acknowledged it & I know you never will because it will defeat the agenda.

    With everything being said, Please send me PM with your Paypal account email id. I am going to offer you full refund. Because this is not going to be fruitful to anyone anyways.
