Throw Effects Not Appearing

I am using a NR-Core that has been modified a little to use a X24 client. There are bugs ofc to using the new client but I am facing a issue where grenade effects are not appearing(ex. Medusa, Assassin poison, Huntress trap). I can't seem to figure what the issue is.
