HOW TO RETRIVE SCAMMED ACCOUNT

hello guys my account was scammed. and after like 2 weeks i just retrived the account back throught the support ticket form.
for those who got scammed and want to know how i did it.
here is what i did.
1st. make a new account. go to support and go to webform/ account/ account administration. and then check all marked boxes except the metin 2 ones.
so then provide in there all the information that you can.
2. in the additional information. tell them it was hacked. not scammed or that you were trying to sell it. tell them you have 100% proof.
3. they will ask for the following things, so make sure you have this before submitting the ticket.

1. transaction ids. means that when you buy zp, you get an e-mail from z8games telling you the transaction id of that order. you will need to provide that when they ask. make sure those transaction ids are the most recent ones that you made. screenshots will help.

2. also provide all the account information that you had before it was scammed.

3. if the information that you submitted is correct. they will ask you for the first e-mail and password that the account had when you first created it.

4. if this is correct. they will ask you to submit an e-mail that is not in the z8games system so that you can retreive your account from the lost/pass/id/Sq place on the website.

then you get your account back.
NOTE: this may take weeks depending on how long they take to reply back and if you provide the correct information the faster the process. GOOD LUCK
