Does anyone know how to sign up for a Nexon Korea account?

I've made one but it asks for a child KSSN and an adult KSSN, but it says that the parent KSSN must be 20 years older than the child, and when I try a KSSN that is over 20 years, it doesn't work but when i try one that is less than 20 years older it lets me go to the verification step but doesn't let me verify cause i get a message saying It needs to be 20 years older than child KSSN. If you would like to help me just PM me please and we can discuss more about this.
