Selling at $0.15/m or $15 per 100m, but will offer discounts for large orders.

Minimum order is at least 100m. Preferably I would like to sell large chunks off at a time.

I think if you already shop with Amazon and can buy stuff from them in Canada, you can sign up/link your info over to a personal Amazon payments account and pay that way.
