I used this some time back, it was external and I got banned, they found a way to detect external hacks as well.

Run hack as admin, when it asks do you want to start is as admin, press Yes.

No, it's not(some people says that it is, some says that it's not detected so noone knows for sure).
Master added new VAC countermeasures so VAC to make it less detectable.

But it might not be undetected for ever amirite?

This is an updated undetected version. Has not been detected yet. It will probably remain undetected for at least a few months.

There are no "regular" servers. There are lobbies and you can only get kicked out of them when someone is using a Server-Control or something is wrong with your MW3 / PC / Internet.
