Someone who know how to use After Effects or Cinema 4D please help!

Some who know how to use After Effects or 4D can download this from description and transform it in .avi and upload it somewhere? And if you can learn me how to change that YOUR NAME? I would appreciate it. I tried myself but when i import it AE says There are some missing files but i've downloaded all plugins and other things needed to open it. Video:

My 3G Speeds are horrible so i cant watch the video.
So il assume you want to edit the text in C4D?
If so, you can just click on the text on the preview window then if you look at the bottom right, there will be a box displaying info about the text such as the text itself which would be 'your name' aswell as fonts and sizes, that will be where you edit the text.
In terms of after effects. It's possible that there is some files such as Flares, and effects that arent packed with the .AE file and will be considered missing. There is nothing you can do about this unless you re-imported the missing files.
