If you're using AlexanderHack to bypass then the command is ah_allowcslua rather than sv_allowcslua, it helps to bypass some ACs, as they aren't checking for ah_allowcslua or if you're using timescale to speedhack, ah_timescale. It's a neat feature and the reason why I choose AlexanderHack over Pickles.
Even though it is using ah_allowcslua rather than sv_allowcslua, some ACs will still detect you for running a foreign LUA file, so if you want to bypass those delete/move test.lua and rename your script to test.lua since those ACs are ignoring test.lua
Just a tip, I got banned a few times before I discovered it.
