Undetectable Aimbot for any game that lets you edit textures

Hi i just wanted to bring a new aim-bot idea that i have been thinking of to the people that would know if it is possible. So what it is is an outside of game program that detects your display output for a specified color that you change the in-game head texture to it then moves that color to the center of your cross-hair.
This program also would detect your in game sensitivity to move your cross-hair to the head perfectly.

This was just an idea that most likely needs more thinking about cus i have no clue if it is possible or if it will even work well at all because i don't know much about programming and i probably seem stupid but oh well i just wanted to know if you can do it.
