Black Magic on Server.exe

Hey guys,
I just tried to set up ossimc82 fabiano swagger of doom and I got this error when I try to run server.exe:


It says that another process is already using the file (or something like that xD)

Skype is not the problem
Firewall is disabled
Tried disable Antivirus

I know this issue but MR.OSSI Dont want help me with client for hamachi so i will not help nobody too

if ur using xampp, apache uses port 80 aswell, so just make sure apache isnt running, just stop it. or you can change the apache port.

Thanks for the answer, it was really this problem. But Ossimc was so fine and told me that one or two days before you^^
