It's because MPGH is awful for big downloads, you need something like Internet Download Manager to download bigger files here.

If you select an item or search for one it will show you all the people with that item in their inventory/backpack then you can use it to locate them and offer trade or whatever you want to do. Useful for figuring out whether people have INCs or for daily quests and stuff.

if its modified then yes they can, without your permission, thats like saying every pserver source must be custom from scratch and if they base it off clubs/mmoe they must go to mmoe team first like, no... lol... if someone modifies someones work then its partially there work too, obviously theyd have to give you credits too, but still.
just like people hack pservers that OTHER people own and release hacked client for it, as much as it annoys me, even if the pserver owner asks for it to be taken down, it wont be taken down, because its not up to them, someone ELSE made the thread releasing it and THEY modified the client.

like i said before... people do it all the time...the attachment still gets approved. just like 059 did it and removed the ads........... even tho he did it bc downlaods w/ ads are not allowed he still republished another persons work, meanwhile jnoob could have just been asked nicely to remove the ads, but no, 059 took it upon himself to do it, he didnt get in trouble tho, bc he modified something about it therefore he was allowed to upload it

But then, you see, it was still "property" of JNoob. I don't think that removing such a little thing, even if rule-breaking, can make it a "new" product, instead of an edit.
