Nail C# Now you have started it, then consider learning additional languages
Hello guys,
I am very new to programming and recently started learning c# a bit. I just know the very basics of this language and would like to get more into it. C# seems like a really nice language to me since you have to logically think about the way you want to make something.
But what do you think guys? Should I stick with C# and continue learning? Would you think that learning C# as first language is good? Since I don't have to work the next 3 weeks, I've got some spare time left to get to know a language and read some books.
Leave your opinions on that if you want, I really appreciate each of those.
Thanks in advance.

Yeah go on.
C# is very good.3rd language a learned after Pascal and delphi^)
Today's world runs on object oriented code so C# is a very good choice. If you wanted to write software for on board computers that is on hardware or get close to the machine, C or C++ would be your friend. If cross compatibility is important to you, C# wasn't always a good choice. That has changed now since Microsoft has introduced new features and plug-ins which make writing software for multiple configurations and OS's. Like others mentioned, stick with C#. Once you've got that down pat, you can explore other areas. Another hot language now is Python, which is an interpreted language.

I can suggest you the best book you can get for CSharp if you are a beginner
i cant post links, so you have to google it " csharp from nakov ENGLISH" ( free ) i studied from it in telerik academy - a lot of math tasks and practice.
c# is a very good programming language, but I don't know if it is the best language to start with.
Maybe you can first look at the free Python course on codecademy.com Check out if you like it.
Learning the fundamentals for C# is useful for learning any programming language... I would recommend continuing to learn C#.
Continue learning C#, after you become good with it then you can try different languages like Java, C++, and etc. It helps you understand and learn the feel of the language so you won't have a hard time understanding others.
