How to get [MPGH] next to name?

You must be part of Current Staff or be Former Staff. I don't know the exact criteria to have '[MPGH]' since some people who were staff hasn't got MPGH in their name (for example Ravallo IIRC)

The positions which grant you with that 'perk' are as follows: News Force, Publicist, Game Hacking Team, Official Middleman, Minion, Minion+, Moderator, Global Moderator, Administrator, Former Staff (ex-Minions, Minions+ and Moderators), Super User (ex-Global Moderators) and Trusted Member. Wasn't Ravallo Middleman?

He was a Global Moderator as well as the Head Middleman at one point in time. He resigned from both positions later on and was given the Super User title/tag which is given to all the former Global Moderators. However, due to his continuous forum inactivity ever since his Super User title/tag ended up getting replaced for the Former Staff one.
