i had paypal stealth account what if someone send me $50 as service goods then i transfer money to my real account
and the guy chargeback it, does anyone tried it ?

This may have worked ages ago but Paypal has gotten a lot better at detecting activities like this so you likely won't get any money out of it.
You can still easily refund shops with Paypal. Just resell the items you got and you're essentially doing the same thing.
