How can I get unrestricted and create a new osu! Account again?

PLEASE

I've gotten restricted on my 6 year old osu! Account (50k) and want to start all over again.
Everytime I try to create a new Account I get auto-restricted, even if I only play 1pp.

I restarted my router, to get a new IP, changed my HWID, changed my MAC Adress and have changed my Hard Disk Serial Number.


Everytime I finish a play with my freshly created osu! Account (even 1pp) I get a message from BanchoBot which says, that I've been restricted.
I also want to add, that I don't have any cheats installed or opened on my PC. I removed everything and tested it out, I still get this message.

*It always worked using osu!relife but it suddenly stopped popping up before starting osu! Can anyone help?

hqosu is quite literally the reason you're getting restricted lol, dont use any program, you need to change Uninstall ID, disk sig, Mac address, New IP, also logout of the account you got restricted on, remove cookies on browser so nothing gets logged in into, then try to change everything.
