General:
Global Agenda(GA) is a free-to-play online multiplayer RPG, with a third person shooter theme. It could be called MMORPTPSG: Massively Multiplayer Online Third Person Shooter Game. You can also buy a premium membership for faster level up, unlocking weapons. Or buy a power up for more energy, etc.
It has hardcore graphics, created with Unreal engine. It is also accesible for people having bad PC's(I don't mean Pentium I ). The mechanics are amazing, with the stunning landscape, awesome water, etc.

In this game ammo, jetpack fuel, everything is based on energy. So there is HP, and Energy. If you shoot, you don't loose ammo, but energy. It's a positive thing, that energy automatically refills. There are also skills you can use, like in a normal MMORPG, but these skills are in Sci-Fi style(E.g.: you can place a turret, which shoots in 180° in a given range). You can also upgrade these skills.
There is a HUGE amount of weapons for all 4 classes. Of course you can upgrade them in several ways: range, damage, etc.

No, it does NOT require STEAM.
It has it's own launcher, and patch software.

Umm...
Officially not, but official requirements aren't always right. If you can play A.V.A., you can probably play this!

But try it!
Suggestion: Put everything on the lowest settings at the login screen, and restart the game.
