If you have the Steam game, extract to your "Steam\steamapps\common\blacklightretribution\Blac klight Retribution\Live\Binaries\Win32" folder, and
if you have the normal game, extract to your "C:\Perfect World Entertainment\Blacklight Retribution\Blacklight Retribution\Live\Binaries\Win32" folder,
run loader.exe and it'll start the game. It might crash a bit.
Press the left arrow key on your keyboard to toggle chams. This program contains engine texture chams, "no"- recoil, clientside nospread.
Known issues(AKA features!!!):
Chams may only display hardsuit weakspots, may only display lower leggings, may be hard to distinguish visibility, ...
Noticeable recoil on first bullet.
I should be able to make this undetected upon detection pretty easily. Compile-time polymorphism. Added forced attribution for people who redistribute this.

Behind the scenes stuff added in this patch:
Added a bunch of code to try to make spawns better
Lots of "OS" gamemode code, wave-based with "hulks" that do "ground pounds," players "bleed out" and there are "coins."
