People are asking for item generators, this in fact is not going to be ever possible, unless you have someone on the inside of Valve, or have some of the best hacking skills ever. The items are hosted on a server, that is why if you are offline and cannot connect to the internet you cannot have your items. Good luck ever getting one that works.
