How do I get a custom user title or change my username?

Title and name changes are handled through the shop system.

Why can't I edit my post?

Posts are locked after 24 hours — contact a moderator of the section to request an edit. Moderators are listed at the bottom of the board.

Why doesn't my usertitle show up?

Usertitles require at least 10 posts. If you have 10+ and it still hasn't updated, it's the forum cache — give it time.

What are birthday and post bans?

A tradition where you create a thread in General requesting a 24-hour ban on a post milestone or your birthday.

Request a post ban from 1,337 posts, then 2,000, then every 1,000 after (including 13,337) — on your exact milestone.
Birthday bans on your birthday. Bans last 24 hours.
Mention moderators/global moderators to ask for the ban and the unban.

What is two-factor authentication and why enable it?

2FA adds a rotating one-time key on top of your password, so a stolen password alone can't access your account. Because the marketplace moves real money, a hijacked high-rep account can be used to scam others — and you'd be responsible. Enable it here.

Why doesn't my uploaded avatar stay a GIF?

A GIF avatar must fit your usergroup's dimensions and the avatar file-size limit (generally under ~1 MB). If either is exceeded, the animation is flattened to a single static frame.
