How to use:
1. Start steam in offline mode
2. Disable Steam Cloud
3. Launch Rocket League
4. Choose your Level
5. Click Prepare > Install
6. Close game
7. Go online in steam
8. Complete & Enjoy
Recommended: Reactivate steam cloud

when you enter online, the level becomes the same

If that method does not work, completely disconnect your internet and disable steam cloud, and try again
For me it says "Cannot find \Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\SaveData\DBE_Production" any fix?
