this has happened to me
go to your CA folder
open hacksheild then click "HSUpdate" and it'll work

i already did that still didnt work

if doing what freek did didnt work ya reinstall the entire thing
and just in case it happens again after you reinstall it make a copy of hshield so you can replace it if it corrupts again

try going into the hacksheild folder again but this time go to updates and click on "autoup" and run the manual update
