I thought of that but first off it disappears and secondly you think it would show up encrypted. Also the signal strength changes.

normally if it was from someones home it would change within a few bars, however this changes all the way up to full bars and the timing is off it was normal interference. Its a steady change slowly increases then slowly decreases until nothing shows up. Then repeats.

ok if it was really a fbi wire tap do u think it would show as fbi wire tap dont u think they would hide that and its would be encrypted so no one could use it

Actually first off it wouldn't be a wifi router, which it isn't (Tried connecting to it when it hit signal and wouldn't connect). Secondly Wifi Finders would show up in the wifi list.
