Memory Editing Credits

I was browsing youtube last night at about 2 AM and stumbled upon this video that was apparently reporting the ability to hack credits to the devs. It could get fixed soon since I think the devs are now working on a fix, but for the time being I now know it's possible to memory edit the credits to get as many as you want. Can anyone think of how this guy might have done it?

I already sent the information to DE's Lead Programmer, and it's fixed, or atleast should be .

Aw man, what a disappointment. I was looking forward to someone else getting to your method before it was fixed.

I really hate farming these things, it's seemingly impossible to level up or get anything purchased, and as much as I'd love to buy platinum, I'm broke and would rather take the risk of getting banned over the non-premium currency.

I told one person about the method, and he missed out on it.
Supposedly, its patched. And i hope it stays that way.

I guess overall it's a good thing that it's patched because I think it's a great game and shouldn't be buggy and broken when full release comes around. I also wish that I didn't have to farm so hard to get the credits though or that I had the money for platinum.

oh well, maybe someday if another method is found I'll cash in on it a little, or perhaps I'll get the Grand Master founder kit if it's still available in about 2 months.

Your method is patched (maybe). But There is another method that is still up and running. I will not say how it is done as I respect DE and only did it out of curiosity.

Unless you have proof, it's bullshit.

I'm almost positive all methods of modifying warframe with cheatengine have been patched. It's more complex now than that. At least I would imagine, though it is just memory editing.

Yeah I know, I just want to know more about CheatEngine, for general knowledge, not for WarFrame.

All hacking won't be gone by the end of the day. You can't simply get rid of all hacks. There's always ways around the system, even if it's updated. That's why no matter how much games get patched, updates for hacks and mods follow suit.

I suppose that is true, I just meant that they are going to push out a patch tonight.

Don't believe in this guy's bullshit.
There was only one method, and the address is patched.
You did this BEFORE it got patched, which means your lucky.
Unless you record a video doing it like I did, you have no proof.
And a screenshot could just be you doing the visual effect.

Also, their lead programmer has a top-list of all player[s] with platinum, and you & i are both on that list.
Except, I'm going to be getting my credits changed & not banned.
