Football Formation

Alright, Tonight I had my first official scrimmage(Because we just started the season). My coach ran multiple Formations, to get a feel of what the backs could do.
Personally, I think the wishbone is one of the best formations of maybe 2 great formations. But, My coach likes the I-Formation, Which do you think is better(Considering some people know about football)?

I like the I-form cuz it gives you the most options, like u could throw or run the ball

That's true, But you only got your basic run and pass plays there. Wishbone, you have pitches, crosses, etc. Much more Variety. But I-Formation is for the Basic, Easy to Learn plays.
