How to DoS

THE EXPLAINATION-Well by posting this i hope i am not breaking any rules that i missed but for everyone out there that has been hearing about these things called DDoS attacks and DoS attacks i will explain how to do such a thing (not DDoS you need a bot net for that =3) well in the news most of the time when they say something about a DoS attack they mean DDoS

DoS attack = denial-of-service attack (one person controlling their own comp, or many ppl controlling their own comps)

and a

DDoS attack = distributed denial-of-service attack (one person controlling MANY MANY comps aka Botnet)

HOW TO-k, well 1st off you must get the persons IP...i will show how to get IP from e-mails later...In this day and age DoS attacks will only really affect normal computers not any of these fancy servers that around now but basicly the way to DoS is Press Start - goto run - run CMD - command promt pops up type

Code:

Ping "Put the IP here without quotes" -t -l 10000

Now what that will do is ping them with 10000 bytes of data..you can obviously increase or decrease that number to fit your needs but if you do it to high it will time out there for = FAIL...also

THIS IS illegal ALL AROUND THE WORLD!!! SO DONT BE STUPID!!
now of course all i use this for is to manipulate my friends and such but you can use it for whatever....just remember not my fault if u get V&

and dont ask about Botnets they are extreamly hard to get but if you get one thats the only way you can effect servers

really its just taking advantge of the ability to ping something which this is used by all computers and games when you get a ping so removing it wouldnt be smart however...the ability to spam ping can be removed >_< they are just to stupid to do it.

so how would u get caught? are there people that look out for these somehow? or does the person getting dos attacked need to report first before anything is done?

If you knew how to look at incoming requests you would see the same IP coming in hundreds of times, thats how you get caught.

you know what be really funny, a batch file with the same command. but instead of putting an ip, put 127.1.0.0 or something its the local computer adress, and get a batch - exe converter, and when they open it. Lag City..

That depends on ur internet connection and it works best if u have more than one computer dosing a ip.

you can do basicly anything to someones comp: Block keyboard input...freeze mouse in center of screen....make their mouse move to x,y cords..make them click stuff....delete anything...recycle anything...open cmd..run .exes....end processes in task manager..open their ports and have a server side that their client connects to and from there you can send files to them and take files from them..make the scripts un-exitable..make shit start on comp startup....change the color of their screen...play music off of WMP Without makeing WMP Show up :P...making pictures appear on their screen...make them download anything....yeah you get the point the list goes on and on...i was thinking about making a series of tutorials on autoitV3 stuff but noone was really interested.
