No but really, this is what I have done.
Don't sleep at all one night and you should be extremely tired by the next night.
If this becomes a pattern talk to a doctor or something.
Don't be on the computer the whole day.

Hmm, Drink warm milk with a hint of honey, grab a nice book thats not too exciting, or uve read b4, turn the AC down, get cozy, read , in no time ull be dozing off, also a bit of soft almost not audible music helps.

Put on some lame ass TV show, normally helps me.
1) Stop eating before going to bed
2) If you have too much energy, sport and workout more.
3) What is the problem with being 24/7 on MPGH?
Just do what i do when I cant sleep... I stay in the computer all night long and the next day I force myself to keep awake...then I go to bed at 10-11pm and my sleep time gets back to normal
BE careful to not sleep too late the 2nd day, I had to stay awake for like 65 hours because it gets too late to sleep (5am for example) in the second day, so If I fall sleep at that time my sleeping time would be complety messed.

yup...i have insomnia so idc, i barely sleep and im fine, just snort ritalin
