I try to eat breakfast every day, even if things are busy. Really keeps me on the level.

Trying to wake up on time to do my job but always procrastinate
I have issues with eating breakfast every morning with my anxiety, but I do try and stay hydrated by monitoring how much water or fluids I drank over the day. Try to limit the amount of caffeine, too.

Going for a job most mornings helps me start my day and keeps me feeling positive.
Recently got into doing some intense cardio right when I wake up. I used to pack on caffeine in the morning but an intense workout in the morning gets me more energized lol
