Do you have a self care plan? If so tell me yours ! Mine is every morning I make a cup of tea then I write notes to the universe on what I would like to manifest for that day then I sit back listen to some relaxing meditation music then head on with my day.

I try to eat breakfast every day, even if things are busy. Really keeps me on the level.
Trying to wake up on time to do my job but always procrastinate
I have issues with eating breakfast every morning with my anxiety, but I do try and stay hydrated by monitoring how much water or fluids I drank over the day. Try to limit the amount of caffeine, too.
15 minute meditation session right when I get up
Wake up, drink a cup of coffee and get to work.
Yeah exercise and meditation, helps overall to always be balanced mentally

Recently got into doing some intense cardio right when I wake up. I used to pack on caffeine in the morning but an intense workout in the morning gets me more energized lol
