VBA or VCC for Paypal verification and wire transfers

Hi,

I bought a VCC + VBA for 5$ that allows me to verify paypal with it and withdraw money to the bank, but won't allow me to do wire transfers.

I need one that will allow me to transfer the money from one bank to another (I know there will be a conversion fee).

I have a guy who can get me a plastic card + VBA from a polish bank, but I hear those get blocked in 5% of cases.
Does anyone have a better solution? Obviously they will have to be registered with fake info work with Paypal.

I can pay good money for this, but only if you're trusted here or have a vouch thread.

- Access to online banking so that I can get the 2 micro deposits made by paypal for verification.
- Complete anonymity - fake name + address on the VCC.
- They should work with any address on Paypal or at least provide me full details used on the card so I can create a new Paypal with the same details.

I paid 5$ for a VCC + VBA and works fine with Paypal after 2 months.
I'm not looking to spend more than 10$ for this service.
