I love the speed of Perfect Privacy (screw you lucky fiber peeps, lol). On a 150mbps connection, I'm hitting 120-140mbps on a lot of their servers.

Unfortunately for streaming geo-restricted sites, I'm paying for a "dedicated" US static IP that is almost always under 30mbps.

If anyone knows of a VPN that offers a US static IP for streaming that isn't slow as shit, please let me know. I don't mind paying a few bucks a month for good service, but paying for crappy speed sucks. A port forwarding option would be nice but isn't a deal breaker.
