Ban Evasion appeal

i got the following messege when i logged in:

You have been banned for the following reason:
Ban evasion (kappamemes)

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

not sure why i have been banned (false ban?) - maybe because i use a VPN?

p.s. this is my alt since i can't do anything in the banned account ie. create posts or appeal etc

i use torguard VPN configured for NZ - kappamemes probably uses the same country
sounds like Torguard offer similar IP's to its users - even with that is this a bannable offence? pretty much impossible for me to know who's using what IP through Torguard.

Yeah that old excuse of "I was using a VPN, it's not me!" is not gonna fly.

What you tried buying/selling matches EXACTLY what kappameme's tried buying/selling, that is farrrr too coincidental to discard.

I highly suggest you try to make a staff dispute on your REAL account and get unbanned. The longer you wait the longer the punishment will become FYI.

my main account is pat237 - which i got Premium membership only a couple of days ago.
kappameme's is NOT my account! - otherwise i would used it to log a staff dispute for this account (why would i waste $25 like that? )

You have pretty much every IP you've ever posted matching with him and your first post in marketplace is EXACTLY what "Kappamemes" asked to buy and tried to sell including the same exact country that it was asked for.

again im not kappamemes & never was
asked to buy and tried to sell? i know i put in a WTB (with my own accountat237) but never tried selling anything.
there goes $25 down the drain - feels like i just got scammed (won't be surprised)
