Asos really stopped working

Asos now tell us to contact the payment authorities for refund ? What the hell xd . Anybody had success for around 500-800$ ?

I think that 800$ is too much for Asos and if you did a full instead of a partial, that that's also the reason why it maybe failed.

I've been doing ASOS refunds and everything has been normal, The only thing I noticed is that instead of it being instant or within 2-3 days they take up to 10 days now at times but besides that its been fine.

Yes i have had success with partial too. Did a 550$ order 2 days back but did try a full yesterday of a single item and got a mail saying they are blocking the account if i place an order they will cancel it and shit . And instantly close any email regarding the issue.

i had success earlier with orders around 800$ actually xd never failed one . Just this time it failed Was 600$

most likely cause those have been in the past
and asos recently got a lot harder to do, especially for a full refund

refunds are still possible but it is not the same as before, the success rate dropped
