Anyone can apply for it but you need to be a legit celeb / be famous / really good at what you do (even a small one) to get the tick. The process is self explanatory and can be found under settings in your profile.
The easiest way to go about it is via a social media management company (not the people on forums lol) the legit ones who run accounts of companies and celebs. They have direct contacts and fast track the application process.

The most practical response for someone who asked this on MPGH would be to buy an account which is already verified. they are pricey af and don't last long either.

I've seen people on other sites selling a service like this but I have heard there is a high risk of accounts being disabled when using services like that. Organically grow the account then apply through Instagram is your best bet.

You need digital agency who will submit your info to instagram. there are other ways but its can disable your account 50/50
